We want you to be obsessed with your KASH Beauty products, but if something isn't right, we offer a 14-day return period for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, unopened, and in their original signature KASH Beauty packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your products to prevent damage during transit; we recommend using the original shipping box if possible.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a tracked postal service and retain your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
